Snowdrop foi um drama de muito sucesso em 2015. Apesar das polêmicas, atraiu a atenção do público internacional e aumentou o interesse de pessoas do ocidente para as obras coreanas. Os atores principais; Jung Hae-in e Kim Ji-soo pareciam próximos e muito amigos, entretanto, abruptamente, essa proximidade pareceu nunca existir, mesmo quando se viam em eventos, eram como desconhecidos e a proximidade existia apenas na memória dos fãs. Mas a verdade por trás do afastamento era obscura e dolorosa. Um assunto proibido o qual nem mesmo os envolvidos ousavam falar ou pensar sobre, a dor claramente os corroía, mas eles evitavam pensar muito sobre ele para não se afundarem na escuridão. Remember episode 14? Where Eun Yeongro's "friends" turned against because of who her father was? And she just stood there and took it?
