All of his life, Stiles has had this...ability. Every time he looked at someone, he could sense how powerful they were on a scale of one to ten. Mostly, people were a five or six, and he'd only met a handful of people over that. The highest he had ever seen was an eight, so a ten was impossible, right? That's what he thought, until a dark, brooding guy walked through the doors of his high school... *This story is under light editing. Derek is cursed with some sort of spell, and for some reason only responds to Stiles as a result. After being possessed by the nogitsune, Stiles falls into a depression and is consumed by guilt over the friends he's lost. In the world of the supernatural, there must be a way to get them back... that's when he finds out about crossroads demons. What if the night they found the body Stiles bumped into Derek Hale? And what if Stiles is a little different to how we've seen him in the show? In my version of events things are a little different and right from the start there is a profound connection between Stiles and Derek. Obviously I do not own Teen Wolf or any of its characters I only own this plot-line so I'd appreciate it if it wasn't stolen.

Derek is a Wolf and get's his paw stuck in a bear trap, Stiles saves him. Stiles talks a lot to Wolf-Derek and tells him that he believes in the supernatural but wishes that he had actual proof. Derek will give him proof...eventually. First, he has to watch over the human that saves him, or at least...the person that thinks he's human. Stiles isn't human, but he doesn't know that. Stiles thinks he's useless until he actually saves Derek, changing Derek's life and his for the better. However, he cannot say the same thing about Beacon Hills, ever since he's saved Derek things started getting a little..... Weird.

Derek Hale is a new professor at Beacon Hills University, and he cannot stand one of his students, Stiles. It's like the guy was put in Derek's class just to make him miserable. He's a smart-ass, doesn't take anything seriously, and is always disrupting class. But there's a fine line between passionate hatred and passionate lust, and Derek ends up walking across it like a tightrope with his bad decisions.

Stiles didn't ask for this, but that didn't mean he didn't want it. He loved the Pack with all his heart, but Derek, not so much. He was an asshole, he may have a good reason to be an asshole but he was still an asshole and now Stiles had to deal with him. Side Relationships include - Stisaac, Berica, Jackson/Lydia/Allison, and Sheriff Stilinski/Melissa McCall :D
