Callum and Rayla have not long brought Zym back to the Dragon Queen they think that everything is ok but when Callum see's a vision everything changes.

A different way "Finnegrin's Wake" and "Infantis Sanguine" ended where Callum gets a lot more hurt by Finnegrin and Claudia. Rayla can't help but feel responsible for it, especially when she stays behind on the boat while Callum and Ezran go to find Aaravos's prison. Rayla also learns how much her leaving affected Callum when Soren tells her about what he went through while she was gone. **or** I basically hurt Callum a lot more in the last two episodes of season 5 and also give Rayla the guilt she kinda deserves.

If you haven't watched season 5 of the Dragon Prince, I would reccomend not reading this since it takes place in season 5. The plot is basically Callum odes the dark magic spell Finngren requires to save his friends, but there is a price. He loses his memories and gets found by Aaravos. Aaravos then turns him into his apprentice to rule the world with him.
