An explosion shook the planet, and cities across all countries around the globe became simultaneously sanctuaries and Prisons, each one becoming vastly different societies due to their immense isolation from each other. Bellwood City due to the Cataclysmic event called "The Fissure" that took place during the catastrophe that razed the planet, was split in half, with both halves being separated by miles. Now, 2 years after Ben found the Omnitrix, he lives alone in the City of Sin, a city ruled by gangs, mercenaries, enhanced super powered humans, cybernetics, and a cyberpunk hell on Earth. Having lost all hope in the aspirations of a kid hero, Ben lives every day depressed and dying a little inside each day.. until a chance encounter forces him to Go Alien- one last time.

Ben Tennyson has not been a hero for over 2 years after the events of Ultimate Alien.. While he still possesses the new Ultimate Omnitrix that he and Azmuth constructed together, combining the aspects of the Ultimatrix with the New Omnitrix that he got after the defeat of Diagon, he no longer uses it due to severe PTSD that occurs whenever he transforms into an alien form. He is now merely a shut in college student that has retired from the hero life as the world falls apart around him. That is, until he blinks, and finds himself standing in a completely different street.. In a completely different world.

Earth.. Water... Fire... Air... My grandmother used to tell me the tales of a long lost civilization from long ago, from before even the First Avatar, that existed without spirits and grew great nations. However that world has vanished. Now a peace exists thanks to the unity of the Four Great Nations under the banner of Avatar Aang who recently ended the 100 year war. However, this peace would not last long. A new threat has come from beyond the stars, and I'm afraid that even the Avatar won't be able to stop it this time.. Art by MisakaLovesYou.
