The most unusual part is that he never gets to be known as Rimuru Tempest and instead claims a new name that is influenced by someone he meets on an entirely different continent on the opposite side of the world from the main Tensura continent. This story will probably not be super balanced in terms of power level and Argent will probably be able to beat most beings that he fights over time. It won't be overpowered immediately but things will ramp up decently quickly similarly to some of the other stories about the silver primordial.
