When Roddy and Rita's daughter, Rachel gets bored while her parents went to go attack the henchrats, which they thought they were doing something evil, she leaves the Jammy Dodger II, along with her little brother, Rodney, but when they step across Spike and Whitey's boat along with the other henchrats, they're in for a big surprise. This is also the story when Spike and Whitey first met Delilah, an American girl, who came all the way from Manhattan, NY, as Spike's next door neighbor. Whitey's love interest!
