Six months after a large army, calling themselves the Cleansers, go on a "crusade" to cleanse the world of the unworthy, the world is left in ashes despite the countries' best efforts to put down their organization. Creating their own empire, the Cleansers force survivors outside their walls to either join them, or be put to death. 17-year old Kennedy is on her own, separated from her family when the Cleansers hit her home town. She only had two goals; 1. Find her family. & 2. Survive. But fate seems to have something a little different in store for her. Scratch that. A LOT different.
