This is my very loose take on the BTAS episode I Am The Night. In that episode, Jim Gordon is shot in the line of duty during a stakeout for Jimmy "The Jazzman" Peake. But what happens if Robin is the one shot?

This story takes place many years after Andrea disappeared at the end of the movie Mask of the Phantasm with the Joker. We know, based on everything BTAS-related, the Joker did not die at the end of the movie. But what happens if years later she makes a return appearance to Gotham to ask for help and disrupts Batman and Robin's lives? How will Dick react when he finds out the truth about Bruce's past with the woman he nearly married? Will Andrea and Bruce get back together again or are they destined to be alone?

This is a collection of one-shots or mini-series focusing on DC characters in the Batman Universe, specifically Dick Grayson (Robin and/or Nightwing). Many universes will be used, including BTAS, BTNA, Young Justice, or any comic version I've read. This is rated as mature because of language and violence because... hey... it's Batman!

The BTAS episode Robin's Reckoning left mob boss Anthony Zucco behind bars after nine years for the murder of the Flying Graysons, racketeering, and extortion. Things were finally back to normal for Dick Grayson after finally receiving closure. However, six months later, Haly's Circus is back in Gotham for the first time in ten years since that fateful tragic night that took the Grayson's lives only to find trouble rising once again. In a struggle for independence and justice, Batman and Robin butt heads to solve the case, but it hits way closer to home, becomes more personal, than either had imagined. As they try to solve the case along with Batgirl, they encounter new criminals with an old axe to grind that pushes them to their breaking points, forcing them to relive moments from the past, expose their own insecurities, and realize their own worth. Rating is mature purely for foul language used by the characters.
