PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS STORY IS ON HOLD AND MAY NOT BE UPDATED UNTIL AT LEAST JAN 2022 In times past, a warrior would eat the heart of his enemies to gain their strength... These are the times past. The Queen of Hearts sits on the throne of Catrimar. Her signature phrase? Off with their head and out with their heart. With every heart she consumes, the Queen grows stronger and more skilled and no one dares challenge her for the throne. But when a magic mirror and a prediction from a seer show her the girl who will be her downfall, the Queen is determined to nip the rose in the bud. She sends her slave, a werewolf with a black past, to take the girl's heart, but their encounter unearths secrets that neither wants uncovered. Secrets that may put both of them in serious danger... This is the story of a sympathetic assassin, a haunted Queen, and maid with lilac eyes, sure to smash the stereotypes you think you know. A fairy tale mash up with elements from Alice in Wonderland, Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White and Beauty and the Beast and based on Native American and Aztec superstition (the heart eating bit). So when she gets caught, she bargains to keep her little bit of bliss a secret- hidden, behind a mask. That is when the plan falls into place. Arissa has to deal with a music teacher who wants to share her gift, a father that wants nothing to to with it, a school that just wants to know who this mystery person is, and a football captain/delenquint that gets a little too close for comfort. Join Arissa in a story filled with music, dancing, crazy dogs and nasty snogs, and most of all, tears and lust filled eyes. What would this genre be without them? Cliché, yes, but that's just how the shoe fits. This story is like a cross between High School Musical and Grease, but with twists and its so much better ;)

The Kingdom of Dracarr is scarred. Over three decades ago, hordes of magickal beasts known as Magus invaded the land. All was thought lost until a powerful wizard appeared. He created Rhokin: living dolls with powerful magick but also emotions. Though the Rhokin triumphed against the Magus, the creatures' threats have not abated. Now, the Rhokin are a permanent addition to the Dracarr Guard, but Guard member Sianna Rayoss places no trust in these soulless dolls. However, when her promotion partners her with one, she accepts him and her transfer to the Citadel in quiet anger. Her new routine is soon broken, though, when she stumbles into the savior wizard's mysterious quarters. He appoints Sianna on a journey to retrieve an item that will hopefully destroy the Magus threat in its entirety. She doesn't understand why she is given this task but accepts it. Accompanied by unlikely but familiar faces--and more Rhokin than she'd care for--Sianna enters the world of Ayodite, the birthplace of raw magick, powerful beasts, and dragon gods. ▶Scenes involving gore, sexual content, and strong language will be present in this story.◀ Cover by @Annany
