I wrote this book to show the different struggles of being a teenager today school, sports, friendships, crushes, and the constant pressure to fit in. But beneath all that, I wanted to dig into something deeper: how easily a good person can be corrupted by their own mind, and how the fight against yourself can be the hardest battle of all. For Henry, Year 7 should have been simple. But when he begins seeing a shadowy figure that no one else can, his life twists into a maze of fear, blackouts, and broken memories. The voice in his head pushes him closer to chaos, tempting him with promises of power while feeding on his darkest doubts. As his friendships fracture and his sense of self unravels, Henry discovers just how fragile the line is between light and darkness, between who you are and what you could become. Chasing Shadows is more than just a story about surviving school it's a raw, emotional exploration of growing up, mental health, and the invisible battles young people fight every day. It's about friendship, fear, obsession, and the terrifying reality of what can happen when the mind turns against itself.

Graham is a vampire in a world ruled by humans. And that could be fine, if the everlasting need for blood hadn't pushed the whole race to the brink of slavery. Tired of endless queues, tons of bureaucracy and the humiliating feeding procedure, he decides to take the matter into his own hands. How? By stealing anything that's not nailed to the floor and offering it to the local werewolf clan. In exchange for a bite, of course. DISCLAIMER: This story is meant for adults (18+) and deals with dark themes, such as institutional oppression, systemic violence, and all the consequences of the case. The main relationship begins as toxic utilitarianism, and then tries to develop into something genuine despite being stuck in a messed-up world. I am building toward a happy ending, but it will take a while 💜

Aiden Rowe never asked for hockey. He doesn't like the cold, the crowds or the jocks. He'd much rather spend his time watching birds. But when he gets stuck covering the Port Howe Puffins for the school paper, his senior year suddenly revolves around freezing rinks, team dinners, deadlines and a sport he doesn't really understand. Somewhere between the chaos though, he finds someone who actually sees him and maybe hockey (and Port Howe) aren't the worst things after all. A cute and occasionally unhinged story about finding warmth (and love) in the unlikeliest of places. Note: This is a queer romance with mature themes.
