For the last eight years he's been protecting the concrete jungle from all types of imminent and extreme dangers as the one and only Spider-Man. Mera is a 24 year old underwater princess. The majority of her life, she's been dedicated to help govern and protect the kingdom of Xebel, one of the seven underwater kingdoms of Atlantis. But one fateful day, these two unlikely paths collide with one another, and a romantic attraction arises between the two. Humans and Atlanteans have historically never gotten along.
