When Kasey Kennedy gets a divorce from his ex girlfriend Hayley, he is granted full custody of his three daughters: Emma, Millie, and Vivian Kennedy. He then finds Josie Campbell, who also has three kids of her own: Alexis, Blake, and Leah Campbell. When the two meet up for the first time, they get engaged and are one big happy blended family. After his dad passed away, Kasey moved them into his Georgia State House, where the kids went to school and got a good education. Now at a new home in Baltimore Maryland, the kids have more room to grow up and learn right from wrong, they are in a private school but are making new friends. With eight family members under one roof, life can get pretty rough and hectic but Kasey and Josie love their children no matter what happens. Going into the new year of 2015, Josie passes away in the hospital from a cardiac arrest scare and Kasey is attending his first therapy session. Kasey moves on in his life when he finds a new girl in his neighborhood named Justine Quincy, they date and become boyfriend and girlfriend for each other. Now with Josie in heaven, Kasey is able to live a life of happiness and joy with Justine and his kids. An innocent 14 year old girl is murdered tragically by a new neighbor she barely knew, but when she goes missing, the entire neighborhood is left devastated. When Reese decided to dispose of the body in a sinkhole, it ends in tragic when Ainsley does her best to try and stop him but she and Henry both ended up in the hospital instead, which sets them both free. Ainsley then sees the crime scene of her own death, which sent her backwards from everything else, she finds the true meaning of family history, and Reese is a free man now.
