Peeta Mellark is a famous singer. He has a twin sister name Delly Mellark. Delly is popular at her school for being Peeta sister and for being part of a group called the Victors. When Peeta comes to Panem for his finally concert of his tour he invites Delly and her friend(the victors) to his concerts.Peeta than gives Delly a surprised that will change the group from being popular in school to being famous.
