Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham navigate a very complicated world of their own creation. Lindsey is married and has two beautiful children. Stevie is independent and has been leaning into her solo career. The former couple can't seem to make a clean break from each other though. This story takes place before and during the Say You Will era.

Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks are the love story for the ages. Often tragic, always passionate, the magnetic pull and electricity between these two will always pull them together and perhaps push them apart. This story touches on all of their decades together and what might become of these two star-crossed lovers. This story took on a life of its own and is much longer than I'd originally imagined it would be. That said, it's for the die-hard Buckingham Nicks fans since it is a bit of a time commitment. ***Inspired by a recent interview with Stevie by Hoda Kotb*** The new year 2027 has just begun. It's been close to three years since Stevie, now 78, has taken the stage. As she'd indicated in an interview some years back with the release of the Stevie Nicks Barbie doll, she is living her dream in a house on the shores of Scotland, enjoying the fireplace and the dogs and the music she loves as she works on her book of poetry...but there is one more thing Stevie has been enjoying in secret for a few years... A relationship with a man who was once, and now again is, one of the great loves of her life.

Parallel Universe ~ Stevie is a dance instructor, in her 60s, teaching a young girl to dance for her wedding.

This whole story is basically a what could have been, inspired by Stevie's landslide dedication in Nashville "We could’ve very well ended up here, living here, with fifteen children. And grandchildren. And been like these two little rock ’n’ roll people and ended up being country people. So I want to dedicate this song to Lindsey because without him, this song could never have been played because I could only play it once, and he took it and made it into the song that it is today. So thank you, Lindsey, for that."

1998-2004 A/U ~ Stevie gives up her child for adoption due to work, but never stays far from him. Not getting along with her alleged child, she steps up when it really matters.

Fleetwood Mac fizzles out and goes their own ways after The Dance. Ten years later, Stevie and Lindsey unexpectedly cross paths again through their children. Set in 2007.
