2 years ago at the age of 14 Catra and Adora started developing feelings for each other. Dangerous and intense feelings that soon blossomed into something beautiful and confusing. Once Catra started to grow distant from Adora they tip-toed around each other and eventually just decided to stay best friends. Trauma strikes Catra's family soon after causing a divide in the girls relationship. You sneak in to her room, duh. Adora has been staying up all night. It's impossible to sleep in her new environment. So instead she waits by her window like a locked up princess and just ponders. Mostly about catra. It's a problem. She just can't help it.

I wrote this chapter after Adora, Bow, Entrapta, and Glitter saved Catra. The story takes place in the ship. It seemed to me that after that moment the dynamic between Adora and Catra changed, so I wanted to see if I could fill in some gaps.
