Mari Suzuki is moving out soon and is getting ready to return to sleep until someone starts knocking at her door.

After taking the last step off the Hospital Roof, Sunny wakes up in what seems to be a different reality. One where he saved Mari but ended up in a 4 year Coma because of it, and at the cost of his right eye. How have things here changed from what he remembers? Are they better or worse? Is this really a new reality? And if it isn't, and this is all just another dream...when will he wake?

Spoilers for all of Omori. After Mari's death, Sunny had became a reclusive hermit. After 4 years, Sunny finally came out of his shell, only to be moving away. Basil and Sunny fight, and so the two go to the hospital. Sunny jumps off the roof, yet Basil has earned 2 more "Somethings". Insanity ensues.
