Growing up is hard. Especially as a teenage girl. Indiana James is growing up along side her hockey team and her favorite boy Guy Germaine. However, her entire life gets flipped upside down when her mom shows up for the first time in 4 years. She has to learn to navigate her emotions surrounding her mom while learning the ropes when it comes to her first relationship.

Indiana James and Guy Germaine, former best friends had developed A rivalry after being placed on two separate hockey teams, but end up reconciling after Indiana gets moved from the Hawks to the Ducks. However, the reconciliation doesn't last long, they part ways amicably but still with a lot of history between them. When the ducks get called back to participate in the Goodwill games, Indiana dreads it because of her fallout with her best friend.

So when the Ducks get the chance to play as Team USA, Guy wasn't shocked (upset but not shocked) when a new member comes in and swoops Allison away much like Adam did. But everything will be okay in the end for Guy, won't it? He'll finally get Allison, right?
