DISCLAIMER This story is purely fictional. It has no connection to real-life events, individuals, or entities, whether living or deceased. Any similarities are purely coincidental and unintentional. Ling Ling Kwong & Orm Kornnaphat, of course, are lovely girls and not as the characters mentioned in this fanfiction. Remember, this is a fanfiction! Enjoy! **All photos are credited to their respective owners. Prologue The first time Ling met Orm, she was six years old, hiding behind her mother's leg at a bustling café filled with the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee. It was her parents' favorite place, though she never paid much attention to it-until that day. Orm, a little girl in an oversized apron, stood on her tiptoes behind the counter, stacking sugar packets with intense focus. She looked up, locking eyes with Ling, and grinned. "You wanna help?" Orm had asked, holding out a packet. Ling hesitated. She had never been invited to do something so ordinary before. But the warmth in Orm's voice was different from the polished, rehearsed greetings she was used to. From that moment on, Ling and Orm were inseparable. Their differences never seemed to matter. Ling, with her designer dresses and chauffeur-driven rides, and Orm, in her simple clothes, always smelling faintly of coffee beans and warm pastries. They built their own world within the walls of that small café, sharing secrets, dreams, and laughter. But some things were never said out loud. Orm never told Ling that her heart raced whenever Ling smiled at her. Or that she memorized every little habit-the way Ling twirled her straw in iced coffee, or how she tapped her nails against the table when she was deep in thought. And Ling? She was blissfully unaware, believing that nothing between them would ever change. Until the day she fell in love with someone else.

Prologue - The Memory Between Us They said time would heal her. But two years later, Ling was still staring out the glass window of her penthouse, fingers wrapped around a cold mug of coffee she never finished. CEO. Heiress. Fiancée to a ghost. Her world ended once... And then again, when she was forced to marry someone who wasn't even hers to begin with. The vows weren't meant for her. The dress wasn't either. But the name on the marriage certificate? Ling Ling Kwong. And the bride beside her? Orm. Her sister's fiancée. It was supposed to be temporary. A contract. Just one year to protect the family name and walk away. But no one told her love doesn't follow contracts. And no one warned her how cruel memory could be. Because just when Ling finally opened her heart again... Orm forgot everything. Forgot their laughter. Their fights. Their promises. Forgot her. And now, Ling wasn't sure she had the strength to lose her all over again. DISCLAIMER This story is purely fictional. Lingling Kwong has always preferred the company of clay over people. As a reclusive pottery maker, she finds comfort in the quiet solitude of her studio, shaping imperfect yet soulful creations with her hands. Then Orm Kornnaphat walks in-poised, elegant, and entirely out of place. She requests a set of tea cups, "simple, but with character," and keeps finding excuses to return, drawn to Lingling's world in ways she doesn't fully understand. What begins as a business transaction slowly turns into something deeper, unspoken but undeniable. But both women carry pasts they don't talk about-Orm, bound by family expectations and obligations she can't escape, and Lingling, haunted by a life she once abandoned. As tensions rise and their connection is tested, they must decide: will they remain shaped by the past, or will they risk everything for something beautifully imperfect-something real? A slow-burn sapphic romance about love, art, and the quiet spaces in between

18+ ONLY. This story contains mature themes and explicit smut. Read at your own risk. Contentedly single and successful at 30, Lingling has built her perfect life after overcoming hardship. Marriage? No thanks. Dating? A nuisance her meddling best friends keep forcing on her (as she's the only single person left in her group of friends). She just wants to support them, especially Lookmhee on her wedding day. But fate-and maybe Lookmhee-has other plans, leading to a clumsy bouquet standoff with a captivating ash-blonde woman. Lingling thinks she's escaped the matchmaking trap, only to agree to babysit Lookmhee's cousin... who turns out to be the very same woman she accidentally fought over flowers with. Maybe fate, and her best friends, know best after all? A/N: So, I began writing this story while in Thailand last week. It's my first trip out of the country (where I'm residing) and I was writing this because I was a bit disappointed when I couldn't see any LingOrm billboard ads during my first day (only saw one, the Ichitan one in Chiangmai and it was my last day) 🤧 So yeah, to make myself better, I wrote this out of nowhere but it's still unfinished...though I plan to continue writing this but no idea how this story will turn out. The story is typical but yeah I was needing distraction at that moment so I didn't really care. Anyway, I should prolly stop being a silent fan and meet other JKRs so I knew where to spot LingOrm ads the next time I'll travel back to Thailand HAHA.

"Between the Sheets" is a collection of stories set in the AU universe of LingOrm (including the characters they portray in their series), exploring quiet moments, tangled desires, soft laughter, and tender touches that unfold behind closed doors. A/N: So yeaaaahh, I decided to FINALLY change my description. At first, I thought it'll stay as a literal one shot story but I guess destiny has its own plan HAHAHAHAH.

Lingling had everything-success, wealth, and a woman who loved her unconditionally. But in her pursuit of greatness, she took Orm's love for granted, brushing off her affections as mere distractions. One night, exhausted from work, Lingling ignored Orm's calls, thinking they were just more of the same sweet nothings. The next morning, she woke up to dozens of missed calls and a voicemail that shattered her world-Orm had been in a terrible accident, and her last words were "I love you." Consumed by guilt and grief, Lingling spirals into despair, wishing for nothing more than a chance to go back-to love Orm the way she deserved. That's when she stumbles upon a mysterious, glowing four-leaf clover. A whispered wish, a flash of light, and suddenly, she finds herself thrown back in time-back to when Orm was still alive.
