A mysterious plume of blue mist has been spotted at the edge of one of the many lakes in Minnesota. Suddenly, nothing is the same anymore. The climate has taken a dramatic shift, and the landscape in the surrounding area has started to change. Two twin girls, named Annabelle and Isabelle Sommers, are caught in the cross hairs of the ever changing world.
