Peter Parker AKA Spider-Man se enfrentaba a los 6 Siniestros conformados por el Dr. Octopus, Electro, Volture, Rhino, Scorpion y Sandman para detener su inesperado y exagerado intento de destruir al mundo. Uno a uno Spidey fue venciendolos hasta quedar mano a mano con Otto quién antes de caer vencido activo su máquina que tendría que destruir al mundo. Pero Peter no lo permitiría y lograría modificar y neutralizar la explosión a tan solo el laboratorio terminando por sacrificar su vida... Lo que Peter no sabía es que Otto se equivocó a la hora de crear su "bomba atómica" y cuándo Peter la calibro para neutralizar la explosión terminó por generar un portal interdimencional que lo transportaria a un mundo totalmente diferente. Y tan solo en poco tiempo Peter descubrirá que este mundo hará que su sentido arácnido se active en más de una ocasión. Porqué no solo su vida y libertad estarán en riesgo... Su cadera y la Spider-Conda también lo estarán.
