The young Y/N couldn't remember much from his past as he awoke from a cryogenic pod and released into the cold and merciless world of copper-9. With only his intellect and his legion of conscious controlled drones he trekked through the planets harsh environment while remaining hidden by its apex predators. He would find sanctuary in form of a unoccupied bunker but it wouldn't be unoccupied for long when a group of drones were seeking shelter only for the sky demons to swoop down and kill one of thier own before Y/N could force it to flee. years pass while Y/N spent most of his time in his modified cryogenic pod as he and another drone formed a colony and a defence force growing close to many drones who eventually grew comfortable with living with a human. Until one day where one edgy drone brings in the things that have been hunting them for years and starts a chain of events out of Y/N's control where secrets are buried under the snow, friendships are tested, love is formed and where he will find out just who he was and what monster he may have unleashed. "Well then little germ let's make a game out of you"

Stars... Stars were always something that intrigued you to no end. And there was one in particular that you always wanted to know more about, but when you asked people about and tried to point your radiant star out to them they always said: "What are you talking about? There's nothing there." "You're going crazy kid, the sky doesn't have a star in sight." And eventually, you got tired of all the teasing and belittling, so what did you do? . . . You took off to the stars. On the night of your birthday, you snuck into one of the many JCJenson In Spaaaaaaaace!!! Facilities and stole one of their best ships on took off into the infinite void known as space all to find your radiant star. And after years of space travel finding amazing planets and weird vegetation, you find a mining planet called Copper-9 filled with... Hot robots?

It's been around a year since the Murder Drones animated series ended. But the community goes strong as does Y/n L/n's love for the series. Even with the series over, Y/n occasionally rewatches the series just for the fun of it and spotting easter eggs whenever he can. One day, he finds a strange easter egg that nobody else has ever seen before. And upon spotting it, his world is turned upside down.

Commander Phillip Graves, your father, once a fearless leader reduced to only a military story, it's been years since his passing and since the worker drones have gone rouge and started killing life on Earth, but maybe he isn't fully gone. You are his son, flesh and blood, sworn to have revenge on behalf of your father, revenge on those who took him away, the damned DRONES. Copper-9 is a dead planet with the only remaining semblance of life being the non-biological Drones from the colonies. However, it once was a planet thriving with life, evident by the cities. Many scientists from all over the Earth and other human colonies across galaxies were in cryopods when the core of the planet exploded. However, one of those humans was not, well, human. What it was was an alien organism with a sole purpose to assimilate and mimic anything and everything biological lifeform on a planet. "The THING", a highly intelligent, strong, and hard-to-kill organism, had perfectly assimilated a person before being induced into a cryogenic slumber. However, as we know, the planet is dead, with no organic life. What will happen with its entire purpose is now stripped away from it, and it has to create a new one? As well as help the cast of murder drones against the other eldritch horror on the planet. Will the Thing, now known as y/n, help the cast against a fellow eldritch being, or will it join them? Find out. its the thing (IIIIINNNNN SPAAAAAAAAAAACE) (Obviously, all characters from murder drones belong to Glitch and Liam, respectively, as well as all the art, with the addition of John Carpenter's film rights of "The Thing," as well as any art I may use for the chapters.) (final note, if you're squeamish to body horror or just to any level of "Gore" then this story may not be for you because it's literally just the thing from the film, so there's going to be some of that in this story. not a lot but just a trigger warning y'all.
