There was not a day he was not actually fighting to survive in the school and his life. Too bad that without anyone backing up that little green bean, was all on his own. There was no one he could really trust and ask for help. In response to all his pent up emotions, nature and his body reacted and perhapse it was also the sheer fact that the small greenette found hismelf in quite the situation where fight or fly was the best he could do..... Izuku Midoriya had been struggling for a long time. Becoming reliant on patterns and having eight other people in his head wasn't helping. [mature] Mentions of mental health, OCD, and slight paranoia bordering on the cusp of schizophrenia. I did my best to research and find books/articles to help write this. I am 100% okay with critiques and further enlightenment on the subject, especially if you have OCD or schizophrenia! Feel free to comment! Based off the novel "Challenger Deep" by Neal Shusterman. Midoriya Izuku was ambitious. He always pushed until he fell. He never gave up, not once did he fall and stay down. Not even when his idol told him that his dream was illogical--that in reality he will only get in the way. So he made a set of recordings and set up an anonymous channel. He approached many people and asked them variants of the same question: "Can a quirkless person become a hero?" No matter the answer though, he was broken inside. His dreams and hopes were shattered a long time ago. But he isn't ready to take a swan dive just yet. He wants to meet one person who will tell him that he is not useless. That he can be a hero. And after that moment, he will decide if he's ready to take a swan dive off the roof of a building or not. Some of the chapters will be quite triggering. I will put a warning beside each chapter title that includes detailed descriptions of triggering topics. The characters do not belong to me, only the plot. Characters belong to the anime Boku No Hero Acadamia and it's creator. I did the drawing up at the top, it's not the full image though.

Izuku Midoriya, in the midst of his first year of UA's hero course, has gone missing. No one knows exactly when or how. But somehow along the way, they realized that he accepts his calls, though he doesn't answer. Somehow the calls become tradition. And as time wares on, more people start calling the teen.

Aizawa had a feeling that the up-and-coming UA students would be a hassle. So he asked Nezu to put more security devices on Class 1A's hero costumes.
