Orichimaru is the OtoKage and the world is at a neutral stand point. 3)Naruto will have the Uzumaki Kekke Genkai and Namikaze Kekke Genkai. He will also have a summoning contract with the Foxes instead of the toads this way he still is a Basass and better naruto. 4) Obviously Naruto will have the 9 tails power either it would still be the same naruto which i didn't want to do because of sad good reasons.
