Monsters. Fairytale creatures. Aboriginal deities. These are only some of the things that Christopher Pierce has to deal with in his everyday life. It's just that "everyday" happens to be filled with strange, magical, and most of the time unpleasant things. Chosen as a Knight, a champion of humanity, and the rightful wielder of the ancient blade, Gram, Chris does all he can to protect the denizens of New York City from threats they aren't even aware of. It's during a supposed vacation-slash-business meeting assigned to him by his dissociated sister however, that Chris finds out what it really means to be a Knight as he clashes with forces even more terrifying than the darkest of gods and monsters. Note: If you're reading this for the first time, read the [COMPLETE] one. I tried re-editing the whole thing and haven't gotten around to finishing so there will be inconsistencies (like originally, the story was set in the Rockies but in the re-edit, I've moved them to somewhere in Europe).

He smiled. "Evil would be such a tantalizing color on you-” “I won’t agree,” I defied, wishing I were as strong as my words. I don't know what scared me more. That I might give into the dark side or that I liked the idea of becoming his. Susan thinks she’s going crazy, and it isn’t because she lives in a superstitious small-town. Ever since the arrival of the mysterious new guy, Susan’s mind has been stirring with scenarios of them kissing, thoughts she swear aren’t her own, but with Susan being accused of the disappearance of her classmate, she hardly has time to worry about her uncharacteristic fantasies, or what she fears most. That she might actually be starting to like them.

I hated to admit it, but Anthony was a damn good kisser and no amount of denial was going to convince me that I didn't enjoy his lips pressed against mine. **Kayla has the looks, the boyfriend, and the trip that will finally bring them together. So she signs up for a volunteer program at the local hospital. Only there’s a problem. Her patient is a seventeen year old hottie from Strangetown. If Kayla wants to go on this trip bad enough, she’ll have to push aside her judgmental personality, ditch her self-centered attitude and go from lazy to workaholic all for a guy she hates. But the one thing she didn't expect to cross off her to-do list? Falling in love with him.
