In this story Mikey shows up later on and becomes the youngest brother of course. Raph finds a five year old baby turtle roaming the streets of the hidden city and willingly takes him in. Raph keeps him a secret until his brothers find out then he starts taking Mikey on missions with him and the others in a baby carrier made by Donnatello himself. Raph finds himself arguing with Leo more often and Donnatello ends up having to take care of Mikey himself. Mikey does what he can as a five year old to make sure Raph stays happy. A total of five years later the Kraang came into the picture leaving a ten year old, two nineteen year olds, and a twenty year old to figure out how to defeat the Kraang and save the world.

Mikey wasn't the same after the Krangg invasion. He was suddenly a much more capable mystic user, well he would be if he could get it under control. A freak accident happens that switches Mikey from the Rise verse with the Mikey of the 2012 verse.
