Elijah, the main character, hasn't been feeling very useful. Little does he know that his life is not really supposed to end just yet. Feeling useless, Elijah needs to find what the puspose of his life is, and along the way he finds a wishing well. He falls into the well, wishing for a better life, and during the process of his wishes being granted things start going downhill. He goes back to the well wishing to find the answer to everything going back to normal. After leaving the well again Elijah finally finds what he's been looking for his whole life, and makes everything the way it's supposed to be.

The day started out normal for the seventeen year old mermaid, Ariel. She woke up early and went out for a swim with her five merfriends. The day went quickly down hill when two divers show up and captured Ariel. They intend to study her and her kind. She can't find a way out, until a human teen named Drake breaks into the scientists lab late in the night and takes Ariel back out to the sea. When she comes back to help him escape from the wrath of the scientists, she ends up taking him to her world. As they spend time together, Ariel develops feelings for the human who saved her. What will happen between them? Will her people approve? And, what will the scientists do when they find Ariel again?****THIS IS NOT A LITTLE MERMAID REMAKE****
