Tom DeLonge, a 17 year old boy, is one of those people who can hide so many things. At school, Tom is always bullied by someone named Travis. Sound familiar? Thought so. Tom has no friends because of Travis and hates his life and wishes he never existed. But that's just one of the reasons Tom doesn't want to be alive any longer. When Mark steps into his life, will he be able to save Tom before it's too late? 17 year old, Tom DeLonge, has no one in his life. His parents are too busy caught up in their own conflict and he has no friends to share his problems with. His life is going no where and he plans on throwing it away by ending it. Right before he brings his life to an end, someone enters his life and plans on changing it forever. This someone is named Mark Hoppus. A 20 year old boy who's sister, Anne, warned him about the younger boy's emotional problems.

Yet another Tomark High School/College AU taking place in the 90s. High-schooler Tom needs to improve his grades - luckily a helpful classmate agrees to help during summer holidays. Due to his tutor's older brother being quite the distraction, the studying is hardly successful though... This story contains explicit language and adult themes.

Mark is an English teacher stuck in a dead end job he hates; new boy Tom DeLonge starts, causing trouble and getting into fights, the year suddenly starts to become a whole lot more interesting.
