I'm so not normal. I'm an Empath. I feel emotions of others. I'm apparently a very rare category of ''Supernatural Beings'' according to the school called The Avalon Institute For Supernatural Beings. God that's a mouth full. I found out that not only do a very few others like me exist, there are also, Movers, Thinkers and Shifters. One particular Shifter has gotten under my skin and just my luck he's on top of the bloody food chain. He's a Goddamn Tiger. But he elicits emotions in me that I can't believe I can feel. What's this about a... 'mate' again? Welcome to The Avalon Institute For Supernatural Beings. And just my luck, after I enter, shit hits the fan.

"Being a teenager sucks, all you can really do is stumble through the years." School. Grades. Judgements. Bullies. Popularity. Mood swings. Peer pressure. Dating. Willow Jamison is, popular, friendly, and is a head cheerleader with a passion for dance. Not to forget she has two hot guys trailing after her. That's pretty much as close to perfect as it gets. Except she doesn't like either of them. She's not interested in finding love, but her friends are determined to find it for her. Derek Reeds is pretty much invisible. He keeps to himself and doesn't really care what people think of him besides his three best friends. He's determined to make it through the hell of high school and leave the limelight for people like Willow Jamison. They're both teenagers, and yeah it sucks to be stumbling through. But it's not so bad when you find the right person to help you.

Kayleigh's scared. And she hates it. It's weak and pathetic, but she can't stop it. So instead she hides it. But it's always there. It's always itching in the back of her mind. It's only a matter of time before someone finds out. So what happens when Jayden, a guy she never even spoke to before her eighteenth birthday, starts to see past all her defences. What about when there's nowhere left to hide from her darkest fears? What's the plan then? [(Special thanks to x_ADaydreamAway_x for making me the cover)] xxx TW: Suicide mention: chapter 25 a character states her belief that its a childish means of escape and i dont have any one correct her on that in this story (im working on fixing this) **ill put a more in depth explanation next to chapter 25**
