He find himself in the ruin and see it was Tega Swords who chosen him to become the Red Sentai, he accept the powers to fight Zangyack-Tojitendo Empire. He was reunited with Sonic, who revealed he was being pursued by the evil scientist named Dr. Ivo Robotnik. With the help of five humans (one of whom was Sonic's favorite person, and the others Icaro's close friends) Icaro assisted Sonic in escaping. But things took a darker turn when an alien group called the Deathgaliens arrived on Earth, planning to use the planet for their deadly blood game. In a turn of fate, the Cube artifacts transformed Icaro and his friends into powerful warriors known as the Zyuohgers. Now, with Sonic at their side, they must protect Earth from the Deathgaliens and any threats that endanger their world.
