Kara paced the bathroom floor. Something had made her choose to do this, but she didn't know what. She continued to pace for three minutes until the timer went off. Once it did she raced into the kitchen and grabbed the test on her sink. She turned it over and saw the words PREGNANT, sprawled on the screen. "I-i can't be!" Kara said to herself.
