When i was young my parents died in flames to keep me safe and away from my homeland, the land of the vampires. Where my own species see me as a mistake. Only one person knows of my existence; the son of the man who killed my parents. Centuries later, in my twentieth or so family, I develop human emotions and friends and an actual teenage life. And weirdly, an odd motherly connection towards my adopted younger brother. Often I keep feeling this 'presence' following me as if i'm being watched by...someone or something.
