When long-time enemies, Bakugo Katsuki--the all-star athlete and rascal of Ise--and Izuku Midoriya, the town sweetheart, are paired together for a long-term project, the quiet beachside town of Ise suddenly gets a bit louder. In which, Katsuki is an asshole pole vaulter, Izuku is going to fail psychology, and both are about to have the most intense spring semester yet.

Since their high school days, Katsuki and Izuku have been in an ongoing competition with each other. Both want to top the Pro Hero rankings. When they corner the villain Overhaul, the question of who is number one finally seems to be settled, until Izuku collapses in the middle of the fight for some inexplicable reason. Shocked, Katsuki discovers that his childhood friend is not a beta as assumed, but an omega. Even more so, one who is just caught off guard by his heat. Katsuki is distracted by Izuku's pheromones and Overhaul overpowers him. Instead of continuing to fight, the villain grabs the green-haired pro hero and disappears with him without a trace. It is not until two years later that the kidnapped Izuku is recovered. Prince Bakugou is in need of some help. He hates asking for help, but he can't be King without a Queen, the rules said, and his coronation was nearing. The thing is, Bakugou doesn't want to be married to a woman, but he has no other choice. To get his way and change things as King, he enlists Midoriya's help, who he knows won't judge him and will do his best to help him. It's his best and worst option.
