In one second, John Nolan is living in 2026, and the next, he is back in 2019 with all of the knowledge of the future. After Jackson's death Lucy didn't wanted to go home to his empty room. So she went with Tim. But what if Wesley never called.

This is set in season 7 of The Rookie; Tim and Lucy are still broken up, and all of the other relationships are the same as they were at the end of Season 6.

In this story Lucy had a kid from when she was nineteen, and has an abusive boyfriend. She struggles a lot with leaving. "Tim: Lucy! Lucy: why do you even care?!? I'm just some rookie who went through some things! Tim: very bad things, that you haven't had therapy for! Lucy: so you think I'm not stable or something? Tim: that is not what I said! Just try and listen to me Lucy: i have been trying, but everything you say just makes it worse! Tim: I'm sorry Lucy, I'm trying! Lucy: trying for what?!? Why do you care so much about what I do?!?
