Alex was born into privilege, James into questions, yet their lives have always been intertwined. Between the polished halls of Boston and the sun-bleached ruins of a forgotten island, they will stumble into secrets far older than themselves, and emotions far more dangerous than they can admit. But prophecy is never simple. Someone is coming. Someone who will turn friendship into fire, test loyalty until it breaks, and shatter everything Alex and James thought they knew about love, history, and themselves. This is not just a story of two teenagers on the edge of discovery. It is the beginning of a journey that will follow them as they grow, stumble, and rise, until the choices of youth shape the destiny of adults. Some mysteries can rewrite the past. Others decide the future. Author's Disclaimer She of the Blue and Gold is an original work of fiction inspired by the public-domain legends and elements of ancient Greek mythology. Irene and Sir John aren't exactly a match made in heaven. More like in hell. They're selfish, eccentric, in love with their huge egos, and swept into a tragic love story. 💔 This story is an adaptation of Irene Iddesleigh by Amanda McKittrick Ros. Because of its heavy purple prose, few people have read the entire novel. I hope this adaptation makes sense. ⚠️ Don't expect much character growth because I've kept the character development as close to Ros' as possible.

In a world between humans and demons, seven teenagers must face their darkest fears, each one connected to a demon representing one of the seven major sins. With the help of a dedicated teacher at a popular school in Germany, which also hides a secret private school, the Heroes must learn to trust themselves and each other. This story dives deep into real, serious issues like trauma, abuse, self-harm, and what it truly takes to keep fighting for freedom. This story is loosely based on my own experiences. I am not, in any way, glorifying pain, romanticizing abuse, or promoting self-harm, so please don't read it the wrong way. Charles smirked, eyes locking on Ava's flushed face. "You want it too, sweetheart?" . Ava never expected that walking into her teacher's office would change everything. It started with a nosebleed. One accidental headbutt, one very public disaster, and suddenly Rory Callyns is that girl, the one who almost broke her crush's face. She's quiet, awkward, and definitely not the kind of girl who gets kissed at parties. And then there's Carden Rayne, popular, gorgeous, and the kind of boy people can't help but fall for. So when Rory asks him for help for kissing lessons and he says yes, it's supposed to be harmless. Practice, boost confidence, nothing really real, somewhere between the laughter, the late night talks, and the almosts that start to feel like more, practice stops feeling like pretending.
