Sanji's not in the best of his state right now, as past memories begin to flood his mind after dinner. Leaving him to have a short breakdown in the kitchen on his own. As Zoro wakes up from his nap to grab a snack, he ends up seeing Sanji in a not so happy state. Instead of throwing insults at him, he genuinly feels like he needs to help him, after all he is his nakama...right? cover is not mine (by Irfan-khan) i do not own any characters in this story this is simply a fan-fic this is my first fan-fic so dont expect much <3

Zoro is mentally drained as he hasn't been able to sleep well for the last few days. His nightmares are filled with a reminder of his old "friend" that he'll never be able to protect the one he truly loves...the strawhats and nevertheless to protect Sanji. He is filled with worry that he isn't strong or worthy enough to protect his nakama. Exercising more than usual, and not coming out to eat to avoid questions and concerns about his whereabouts. Eventually, it became too much for him. Causing him to visit a certain curlybrow on their ship, in tears and sorrow.
