He actually had a crush on him but for some reason Giyuu always seemed to be a little colder to him so he just pretended it wasn't there and distanced himself from him, but he was going to put in effort and give him a gift. So he did, he made sure to have it ready in advance so that he wasn't rushing to find something the night before. The day of the gift exchange Giyuu is no where to be found, he finds out Giyuu is sick. He was fine with that, he could just hold onto the gift and give it later, but something was off he noticed something....

When he went to the hospital and certain being who was a nurse started to use him as a blood supply because they were a vampire. He was stuck in a weak not conscious state having to deal getting fed on for 3 years, until he finally gained the strength he needed and tried to run away and was almost caught but somehow ran into another vampire who was there to kill the nurse vampire. There was a fight and Sanemi was grabbed by the nurse vampire and she was trying to turn him into one as well, but right as that happened she was killed. Something changed in Sanemi and the vampire who saved him teaches him how to deal with the changes on his body.

The Hashira are having a party all but Muichiro and Gyomei will be here. Misturi says she is bringing a friend and they don't know who it is apparently they worked together at one point. He catches Sanemis interest and during seven minutes in heaven things get spicy continue reading to get more spicy sences.
