Cada mil años, la llave de Tengen es otorgada a la sacerdotisa principal del templo Jujutsu, la cual decide a quien entregar dicha llave, ya sea a la legión de los ángeles o la de los demonios, dictaminando mil años de buena o mala suerte para los humanos. Por un lado, el ángel Gojo Satoru, el más fuerte de todos, intentará convencer a la sacerdotisa con su amena personalidad para obtener la llave Tengen. Mientras que, por otro lado, el demonio Suguru Geto recurrirá a seducir a la sacerdotisa para hacerse con dicho objeto. Con lo que ellos no contaban era con el disciplinado carácter de la sacerdotisa de ese año. En este caso, la sacerdotisa principal del templo sería: Iori Utahime. Una joven de largo cabello negro, mirada sensata y gran sentido de la responsabilidad, quien tomará la decisión final.

Después de haber recuperado el cubo dónde quedó encerrado Gojo Satoru, los hechiceros deberán estar preparados para el ataque de Geto con el afán de recuperar dicho cubo, y es ahí cuando ocurre una plática entre Utahime y Gojo que aclarará algo muy importante entre ellos.
