⚠️ You have to read : Red bows before this ⚠️ When Mimì leaves the city to open a small pastry shop in a remote Italian mountain village, she believes she's choosing solitude, work, and survival not desire. The town is closed, suspicious, slow to accept her. Her shop becomes a quiet anomaly: butter, sugar, heat, patience. Then a man starts coming in every morning. Always silent. Always distant. Always ordering the same thing: Their connection grows the same way the dessert does: slowly, under strict control, built on restraint rather than excess. There is attraction, undeniable and physical, but also something darker underneath fear, guilt, and an unspoken rule about not crossing certain lines. As seasons change and the mountain tightens its grip, Mimì is forced to confront what she wants versus what is safe. Desire here is not loud. It simmers. It waits. It threatens to break if handled the wrong way. Some loves burn. Others learn how to stop.

"I'll ask you again Angelina...why have you been avoiding me?" "I haven't been avoiding you." His expression didn't change, but his eyes glinted with malevolent humor. Reaching out he pinched her chin, forcing her to meet his gaze, "Denial doesn't suit you, Angel," Her jaw ticked and her fierce glare burned into him, "I'd love it if you put that much thought into how fucking crazy you're acting right now." "Maybe if you weren't so set on avoiding me, I wouldn't be acting crazy," She scowled, "Mateo I don't know what sick little game you came here with the intention of playing, but let me remind you of something Boy, I' a grown fucking woman, I practically raised your ass, so amma ask you as kindly as I can to quit this shit before it goes any further." He chuckled, "You think I'm some little boy playing games here Angel," Her temper flared and she snapped, "What else could it damn be Mateo? I'm dating your father, you're a child, my son's best friend, yet look at what you're doing, how else can you explain this except it being some sick little game." Her ire gave way to a sense of loss, frustration, and disappointment the more she said. This wasn't the boy she knew. "Look, please, just stop whatever this is you don't have to do any of this shit, it's not worth it, we can forget this even happened, just stop before it gets out of hand, please," she implored frustratedly. Cocking his head to the side he chuckled darkly, "You really don't get it, do you?" Shrinking back, her breath hitched as he leaned in, caging her even further and pinching her jaw in an almost bruising grip, forcing her to keep looking at him as he completely trapped her. "You know...for a moment I was almost convinced" he cooed, voice laced with sadistic humor, lips mere inches away from her face, and gaze burning with primal intensity he whispered. "But how could I believe you-when not even you... believe the bullshit that just came out of your mouth."

I dragged my nails lightly over his chest, slow, my eyes locked on his. "You told me I was in control, remember?" My voice dipped lower, sultry, daring. I leaned close enough that my lips brushed his ear. "Then say it, baby. Say you're my bitch." A dark laugh rumbled from his lips, low and sinful, the kind that made my stomach flip. His eyes didn't waver, didn't blink. "I'm your bitch," he said...calm, but hot as fuck. The words rolled off his tongue like he'd been waiting to say them, and God, the way he said it almost made me melt right there.

Her siren ebony eyes sang to him a beautiful melody of fear so hypnotizing that he could not find it in himself to look away. For the first time, he felt his heartbeat drumming violently against his ribcage, a reaction to her call. He heard her song, and he was coming. With the corner of his lips curved into a smirk, he marched towards her; if drowning and burning into holy water was what it took to have her, he would swim right through it because she was his the moment he laid his eyes on her. ...
