Stories that have been told to me since I was a baby and stories that I have made up. If you don't like people that talk about God or anything religious then this isn't the story for you.

❝I- what? What are you talking about? Who is this?❞ ❝Well the bathroom stall says that this number is the gateway to a good time, and unless you're trying to say that a bathroom stall is lying to me, I think I need a little more information to be sold. Do you have like a yelp page I could look up? Past customer reviews? How many stars out of five?❞ ❝What are yo- oh my god, I'm going to fucking kill Marie.❞ (alternatively called: a lot of people shit with pens) written in dialogue // cover by xhemmingshugsx

I was the 6th-grade "slut." And I kept a diary. So I decided to create The UnSlut Project in the hopes that my own diary entries could provide some perspective to girls who currently feel trapped and ashamed. I am publishing these entries one at a time, without changing a single word except for the names of the people involved. My limited commentary, which is confined to brackets in each entry, is meant to provide the relief of my current perspective, fifteen years later. The UnSlut Project: Working to undo the dangerous slut shaming in our schools, communities, media, and culture by sharing knowledge and experiences.

Annalissa's world is perfect- except for that it's not. As a member of the lowest class of Dystopia, the Orphans, she has no say in her destiny. The government decides everything for her. Her only shot at upwards social mobility and maybe even autonomy is to be Chosen up into the Royal class- the top 1% of the population, to be trained as a leader in this corrupt futuristic world. Like that's ever going to happen. By some stroke of luck, Annalissa is Chosen up during the Choosing Day ritual on her sixteenth birthday, right into the Royal sect, along with three other of Dystopia's most perfect, most beautiful, most intelligent, and most amazing people. But when a cute boy from back home appears in her new life speaking of rebellion, what will Annalissa do? And what about Aidan, the mysterious son of the President, who seems to harbor secret affections for her? (Uh-oh, I smell a love triangle) As tensions rise in Dystopia, everyone looks to newly-Chosen Royal, Lady Annalissa Hunter, to lead the country in a rebellion. But is she really prepared to do so when inside she is faced with so much romantic conflict? Join a relatable teenage protagonist just like you and me on this futuristic journey through rebellion, oppressive government regimes, getting your first boyfriend, and all the other clichés of the YA Dystopian genre. ------------------------------------------------------------ *WARNING* There's minor swearing throughout, just in case that's a problem for you. ALSO: Although I allude to A LOT of Dystopian works, the actual plot and characters are mine. While materials directly referenced are of course the intellectual property of those who are responsible for their creation, I'm gonna lay claim on everything else mentioned here. These are Wattpad members' experiences regarding "slut" shaming and sexual bullying. You can now submit your experience to be a chapter in this collection in the form of a VIDEO - or as a drawing, poster, collage, or any other type of visual art. Just message me a link (send it to @emilylindin). If you've already submitted a chapter and want to add a multimedia element, let me know and we can make that happen, too. I started The UnSlut Project in 2013 by sharing my own middle school diary entries, from when I was targeted as the school "slut", here on Wattpad. This collection expands the project to include the shared experiences of the Wattpad community, whether the writer has been the victim or witness of sexual bullying or "slut" shaming, or whether they just want to share their thoughts. As these essays demonstrate, these issues have affected and continue to affect many of our lives in deep, often dangerous ways. If you're currently being sexually bullied, you're not alone. It gets better. Please use these stories to expand your understanding of this widespread problem, and comment respectfully. Sick of cliché Wattpad books? Then this isn't the book for you. We take every single over-used plot, character and trope on Wattpad - from player-meets-nerd to my-boyfriend-is-a-vampire - and mash it all into one, awful, hilarious parody. NOTE: This is a parody. Characters have not been created to mock a race/nationality/sexuality, they have been created to lightly poke fun at the way certain teen fiction writers reduce them into crude stereotypes. Thanks for helping this pile of junk get to #1 in Humor!

Spray Painted Bananas is a romantic comedy about Amber, a broke temp working in a catering firm in London, who after one too many evenings scrounging free wine from wacky art gallery openings with her best friend Farrell, decides there’s no reason she can’t become a conceptual artist herself. A chance meeting with the wealthy, young art curator, Elliott Frinton-Smith, sets things off in a desirable direction. Now all Amber needs is a brilliant idea to grab the attention of the nation. Spray Painted Bananas explores love and ambition with the touch of the absurd and plenty of bananas. It is OUT NOW published under the title THE TEMP by Harper Collins.
