This is my story about working in the care sector, which I have been for 31 years. The care sector has always been one of the lowest paid job, and is not what people think it is. I.E sitting with little old women drinking cups of tea and eating cake and biscuits. It's one of the hardest jobs which at times can be rewarding and heartbreaking at the same time. There have been a lot of changes over the years due to various things happening.

How do we get where we're supposed to be going in life? What decisions and choices are the most valuable? Where will we meet the people most important in helping shape ourselves lives? Can we change the course of our lives truly, or is it all beyond our control?
