Once the rings have been exchanged and the vows have been said, Sherlock and John are ready to settle down and get their fill of the domestic bliss that so often comes with marriage. It all started with a trip. Sherlock had been acting weird, and everyone thought he was just stressed, so he and John go on a trip to Fiji. Yet, what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation from the stresses of detective work only opened the door for much more stress and confusion when John begins to have strange feelings around his colleague, Sherlock Holmes. And Sherlock is still acting strange.

“I’m starting to think letting you into my home wasn’t such a good idea.” “Oh it was probably the worst thing you’ve ever done.” There was a moment’s pause before he spoke again. “Do you regret it?” “Not one bit.”

Sherlock Holmes classified himself in many ways. Consulting detective. High-functioning sociopath. Yet he never thought he would be anorexic. When John notices Sherlock growing thinner, he is desperate to find help. Sherlock moves from crime scenes to clinics, his health deteriorating with each refused meal. John must keep a level-head through Sherlock's panic attacks and physical ailments, but he doesn't know how long he can stay strong. As both men see the worst in each other, they realize treatment may come in the form of the most powerful motivator: love.
