"My mother named me Miracle, but I am anything but a miracle in her and our family's life. I am a mistake. I am a product of a heinous crime." Miracle Astor was born after the rape of her mother. Aurora Astor was convinced by everyone in her family to have an abortion when she found out that her assault had resulted in a child, but much to everyone's shock, Aurora kept the child, and after a long and excruciating labor, on her last breath, she said the word Miracle, which became her daughter's name. After Aurora died giving birth to her daughter, little Miracle was left under the care of her brothers, all of whom blamed her for the tragedy that happened to their mother. But in order to protect the reputation of their late mother and their well-known family name, the Astor brothers raised Miracle as their own and made the public believe that she was the full-blood daughter of the Astor family. Sixteen years later, Miracle became depressed and neglected as she carries the heavy weight of pain, guilt, and blame for what happened to her mother. But what happens when history tries to repeat itself with what happened to Aurora now threatening to happen to Miracle? And the terrible secret of their family cracks and reveals itself out to everyone? Will Miracle finally break? Will her brothers finally step in and be the brothers that she needed? Will someone stop the history from repeating itself and finally save Miracle? Read to find out! (CURRENTLY BEING EDITED)

"Now that you're mine, that boundary shit goes away for me. If you have a problem, it's my problem. Someone's treatin' you like shit, then they can answer to me. I'm not waiting around and watching you get walked on because I feel like it isn't my place, it is my place now," he finished, and I couldn't help the sad smile that formed on my face. "You don't have to do that though...you don't need to put that kind of burden on your shoulders," I mumbled, the idea of someone taking care of me like that one that I still wasn't accustomed to. He reached forward to grab my chin, the same way he always seemed to when he was telling me something important. I felt my breath hitch as he bent down to look me square in the eyes. "Punishing someone who decides they want to fuck with you isn't an obligation. I can promise you, I'll enjoy every second of it," he assured, though the sentiment wasn't exactly reassuring. ***** Sammy had wanted to leave behind her small town in Kentucky for a place where nobody would know her or her tragic past. "The fuck you are leaving me." His roar cracked through the hall like lightning. Ara didn't blink. She stood there, calm as death, done to her core. No tears. No tremble. Just a weary exhale as she turned her back on him - the one thing he never thought she'd do. Before she could take a step, his hand shot out, gripping her arm like he was holding on to life itself. "Where are you going, Ara!" His command shook the pack. But she wasn't his to command. Not anymore. Ara ripped her arm free with a force that made even his wolf recoil. "Don't. Touch. Me." Her aura slammed into him, cold and merciless. "You think I'll stand here and watch you mate and breed her?" she hissed, every word a dagger. His throat bobbed. "She meant nothing." She laughed - sharp, broken, brutal. "Yeah? That's why you were fucking her in your office? Couldn't even hide the scent of your betrayal." "Ara, it was a mistake-" She stepped closer, eyes blazing. "Your mistakes come in episodes, Alpha. Season one, season two, season three. You don't make mistakes. You make choices." He swallowed hard. "I don't need her. I need you." "Lies," she spat. "Every damn sentence you breathe is a lie. I can't even look at you without feeling sick." He flinched like her words physically hit him. "That female behind you?" she pointed, not bothering to glance. "Perfect for you. Go mark her. Breed her. Hell, fuck her for all I care." Her voice cracked - but she kept going, blade steady even when bleeding. "I don't need you. Not anymore." His knees crashed to the floor. The mighty Alpha. On the ground. For her. "Ara... I'm sorry. I'm really fucking sorry." His voice broke like he finally understood what loss tasted like. She stared at him with a sad, devastating smile. "Isn't it too late for that, Mate?" One tear escaped - and she crushed it away with her thumb. Then she turned. Walked. Didn't look back. But he didn't chase her. Because he knew. He didn't just lose her. He wrecked her.

The late-night cries of a six-month-old baby echoed softly through the dimly lit apartment. Amid the stillness, Meera sat on the edge of the bed, gently rocking her daughter in her arms. Her eyes, heavy with exhaustion, held a kind of love only a mother could understand-selfless, patient, unwavering. The world outside moved on-cars honked, alarms rang, people rushed-but for Meera, time stood still in that tiny nursery. Her husband, Rohit, hadn't come home yet. Again. She glanced at the clock. 12:47 a.m. Another "late-night meeting," he had said. Another night she whispered lullabies alone. She pressed a soft kiss to her daughter's forehead and tried not to let her heart feel the cold emptiness beside her. "This is just a phase," she told herself. "He's just stressed. Things will be better soon." But deep down, beneath layers of denial and devotion, a part of her already knew-something had changed. And soon, her world would never be the same again.
