They both work 12 hour days, trying to stay as positive about their jobs as possible, when one day, Yugi receives an invitation from a friend of his to take a vacation and to get away from work for a while. He is accepted by a five star rated hospital in Domino, where he is assigned apprenticeship to Dr. Yami Sennen, who specializes in Head, neck, chest, and abdominal trauma, all 4 stages. He takes Yugi in and starts to work with him, getting him used to the atmosphere of almost never knowing when your patient could die on you or you could make any mistake at any time.
