Final-year medical students Pond, Joong, and William have exactly three goals: survive their last year, graduate with whatever remains of their sanity, and avoid getting publicly humiliated by their professors. Unfortunately, the hospital has other plans. Enter Dr. Phuwin Tangsakyuen, the cardiothoracic fellow whose face should probably be classified as a workplace hazard. Alongside him are Dr. Dunk Natachai, who knows everyone's business before they do, and Dr. Est Supha, who runs on caffeine, surgical skill, and questionable decision-making. With two days in cardiothoracic surgery, two days in neonatal medicine, and two days in general surgery, the students are trapped in an endless cycle of rounds, lectures, surgeries, night shifts, and increasingly suspicious eye contact. Pond is definitely not staring at Dr. Phuwin. Joong definitely has his life under control. William definitely isn't babysitting two grown adults. Nobody is developing feelings. Nobody is making bad decisions. Nobody is one inconvenience away from a complete emotional breakdown. As friendships blur into something far more complicated, hospital gossip spreads faster than medical records, scents become impossible to ignore, and six people discover that medicine can explain a lot of things. Hearts, unfortunately, are not one of them.

In a city full of light, there lived a boy no one ever saw. Pond learned early that silence was safer. Safer than speaking. Safer than hoping. After his mother's death, the home he once belonged to become a place where he simply...existed. Not loved. Not protected. Just there-working, studying, surviving in a life that never felt like his. But Pond was never meant to love an ordinary life. Because in a world hidden beyond shadows, where beings are bounded and fate, someone had been searching for him. His fated mate. Phuwin never meant to find someone like Pond. Not someone so quiet. Not someone so employ. And not someone already so broken. As two worlds begin to intertwine, secrets buried in Pond's past slowly begin to surface-about his mother, his family, and the truth no one supposed to uncover. But somethings were never meant to stay hidden. And now that Pond has been found.... Someone else is watching too.

Pond believes hate is easy. You hate someone, you avoid them, and life goes on. That is what he thought-until Joong Archen Aydin came into his life. Joong took Dunk, Pond's best friend and the person Pond loved in silence. Working in the same boy group makes everything worse same stage, same fans, same spotlight. Pond tells himself he hates Joong. He hates his smile, his confidence, and how everyone loves him. But something starts to change. Pond notices Joong too much. His heart beats faster when Joong is near. His anger feels wrong, confused, and dangerous. What he thought was hate begins to feel like something else. And if Pond doesn't face the truth soon, he might lose his mind forever. Pond and Joong's hate story. #PondxJoong #Rivalry #Hatetolove #Bl #Romance #Adultthem #Boy×Boy #boyband

(my version) Dunk Natachai, 23, is a sunshine-hearted disaster of a final-year student-too loud, too emotional, too messy for his own good. His life is already chaos when he crashes into a stranger in a black suit and ruins his entire assignment. The stranger doesn't apologize. Doesn't blink. Doesn't even pause. Dunk curses him for days... until he walks into his new internship and finds that same man sitting at the top of the biggest company in the city- Joong Archen, 33. CEO. Brilliant. Untouchable. And once married... until tragedy turned his heart to stone. Years ago, Joong lost the only person he ever loved in a fire he couldn't reach in time. Since then, he's built walls no one can climb, choosing silence over connection, cruelty over vulnerability. And then Dunk appears-messy, bright, talkative, alive-everything Joong swore he would never let near him again. Joong should ignore him. He should push him away. He should pretend he feels nothing. Instead, he personally selects Dunk to work under him. What begins as irritation turns into obsession neither of them understands. Dunk, who fills every room with warmth, slowly breaks under Joong's cold indifference. Joong, who has forgotten what it means to feel, finds himself watching Dunk too closely, protecting him too quietly, wanting him too deeply. But jealousy burns. Trauma wounds. And fate is cruel. A panic attack in a trapped elevator. A confession made in anger. A sick day that cracks a frozen heart open. A fire that almost repeats the tragedy Joong spent years trying to forget. When Dunk's life hangs by a thread, Joong finally breaks- "I couldn't save him... I can't lose you too." A slow-burn Thai BL romance filled with raw emotion, heartbreak, healing, and the impossible love between a man who stopped believing in tomorrow and the intern who accidentally taught him how to live again.

So many reasons to keep their distance. But Phuwin never was good at staying away.

Phuwin An Omega who has never tasted gentleness. Eighteen years of life, yet not a single dawn free from the shadow of pain. His skin is a canvas of fading blues and purples, each bruise a story etched by the very people who should have been his shield. He has learned to breathe quietly, to cry soundlessly, and to wear silence like armor-because even hope has been beaten out of him. Pond An Alpha whose presence alone bends the air with authority. Only twenty-two, yet the weight of a pack has been his burden for six long years. At sixteen, he stood over the graves of his parents, with the cries of his younger brother in his arms and the unyielding duty of leadership already heavy on his shoulders. Too young to mourn, too responsible to break-he became both protector and prisoner to the role fate forced upon him. This is a boys love (bxb) story and contains mature themes, including explicit language, abuse, dark theme, smut, heartbreak, swearing, and plenty of drama. Joong believed marriage was redemption. Proof that surviving still meant something. The wedding is flawless-marble floors, crystal lights, perfection in every detail. Joong walks down the aisle alone, dressed in white, smiling softly beneath the lights. He is alone not because he has no family, but because they chose not to stand beside him. At the altar waits Dunk Natachai-the man Joong has loved since he was fourteen. Older, composed, unreachable once, and now impossibly his husband. For a moment, it feels like a miracle. Until Joong reaches him. Dunk does not extend his hand. The pause is small, barely noticeable, but Joong feels it instantly-a warning where warmth should have been. The vows are spoken. Applause fills the hall. The kiss is brief, polite, and wrong. Then Dunk leans close and whispers, meant only for him: "Welcome to hell, husband." Joong's smile does not break. He has learned how to smile even when something inside him goes completely still. What follows is not a love story, but a marriage that becomes a sentence rather than a sanctuary. Hope turns into control. Affection fades into cruelty. Silence replaces devotion. This is not a story about a wedding, but about a fall. And whether Joong survives it remains unanswered.

"Fucking... asshole..." Dunk cursed under his breath, his body trembling from the overwhelming sensations. Joong leaned in, voice low and vicious against his ear. "That's right," Joong growled, his hips snapping forward, thrusting into Dunk with increasing force. "I am fucking an asshole." For generations, the Boonpraserts and Aydins have stood side by side-two of Thailand's most powerful dynasties, bound by legacy, empire, and an unspoken promise to protect each other's interests. Now, that promise is becoming permanent through the upcoming marriage between the Aydin heir and the Boonpraserts' only daughter. Joong Archen Aydin is everything an heir should be: elegant, obedient, and impossibly perfect-the golden son shaped by legacy and expectation. Dunk Boonprasert, on the other hand, is chaos incarnate. Reckless. Sharp-tongued. The black sheep his family tries to hide behind polished smiles and public image. The two have been enemies since childhood-locked in a lifelong war of petty sabotage, brutal words, and fights that always turned ugly. But everything changes the night Dunk decides to give in to a moment's vulnerability and sleeps with Joong. His sister's fiancé. His lifelong nemesis. The one person he should have never touched.
