A few years after the battle with the Calamity, Hyrule continues its restoration with the aid of the surviving royal family; when an mysterious fog arises underground, Link, Kate, and Zelda go in to investigate, only to find and awaken the real Ganondorf; Ganondorf's attack sends Zelda away, a Master Sword breaks, Link loses his arm, and Hyrule Castle begins floating skyward; Link, Kate, and Sheik must travel around Hyrule once more, even going skyward to find and save Zelda before it's too late.

Upon traveling to Korok Forest, The Great Deku Tree tells the tale of another adventure from the Heroes of Old, the Heroes of Time; setting out on a quest to find their missing fairy companion, Navi, Link and Kate are attacked by the Skull Kid, wearing the cursed Majora's Mask and follow him to Termina, where the moon threatens to fall upon the land in three days due to Majora's wrath; armed with masks that change their appearances and the Ocarina of Time, Link and Kate must save the land of Termina before it's too late.

Hearing the plea of Princess Zelda, a small guardian travels backward in time to warn the Kingdom of Hyrule of the Calamity fast approaching, with Zelda's sealing powers lying dormant and the identity of the heroes unknown, the kingdom begins planning for another way to defeat Calamity Ganon, however, a mysterious evil wants everything to go as planned, as seen from the future, putting the lives of the princesses in peril.

waking up 100 years into the future, Link and Kate set out on a big adventure, to free their fallen friends and save Zelda from the great calamity she's been holding back for a hundred years, teaming up with an unexpected ally, the three race off towards the four Divine Beasts to free them from Ganon's control and take back Hyrule Castle before it's too late

as an evil darkness threatens their home, 11 year old's Link and Kate embark on a quest to seek help from Princess Zelda, leading them onto a bigger quest, and even through time, to stop the darkness, Link and Kate must recover the three spiritual stones and awaken the sages before they are slain by the very darkness that threatens them.
