"Let her pass." Megatron ordered his subordinates, holding up a hand to indicate they should hold their fire. Smokescreen's faceplates furrowed in confusion. What is going on? Does he know her? Dana slowed to a walk as she got closer, standing within Megatron's arm reach, looking up at the warlord. Her legs were shoulder-width apart, toes pointed outward, indicating that she was unafraid, or at the very least not timid. Her green eyes sparkled as she looked up, not breaking contact with the bright red of the enemy. "I was curious to see if you would be here." Megatron spoke to her, his body also in a more dominating position. Now, he could feel, was the time to intimidate. Here they were, face to face on common ground, neither wholly Decepticon or Autobot, with one of her friends at his mercy. I will make her fear me. "Glad to see I didn't disappoint." She replied, tilting her chin up a bit. "And here we are, on a battlefield more or less. Going to see how brave I am, Megatron?"

A sequel to "Burned." Dana has healed. Six months have passed since Megatron forced himself into exile, and Dana settled back on Earth with her Autobot partner Ratchet. Having finished her high school diploma, the woman opted to apply for a government job, becoming the second liaison for the Autobots and officially interning as Agent Fowler's eventual successor. For six months, things were running smoothly. No conflicts, no new Cybertronians, just her, Ratchet, and Agent Fowler monitoring Earth and putting in safety precautions should Decepticons try to take advantage of the seemingly defenseless Earth. Then Megatron returns, but not to conquer Earth. Instead, the former leader of the Decepticons goes to Dana, and this time he is the one who needs healing. Forging an alliance with Ratchet and beginning to form a new team of allies set on protecting Earth, the warlord seems to be making a change for the better. New faces, friends and enemies, will appear, and a new race against time will begin. Trust is everything, and trusting a Decepticon is no easy task. The war that had torn them apart and brought them together is over, but evil still lurks within the shadows. (NOT necessarily taking part in the RID timeline. After all, his love for his daughter runs deep, and he will protect her at all costs. However, Megatron has not forgotten her either. Knowing now who she is related to, a part of him wants her among the decepticons because of her power. But also a part of him wants to get to know her. A decision he made years ago, believing he would never care for any of the new sparks he had created at the time, now has come to realize that he wants to know her. But that does not stop his war against the autobots. Which Optimus, unfortunately, would come to learn. But it is not just Megatron who seeks out this sparkling. Eyes linger on the autobot leader after his assistance with aiding a decepticon, and their keen interest in the sparkling leads to danger to both Optimus and his sparkling. To the point where her life literally hangs by a thread again. And, someone beneath the surface of the planet, plans vengeance against those who banished him. Including against a young dragon who is only related by energon.

***First Book in Series*** A seemingly orphaned girl who has misfortune for the majority of her life, with only a special crystal as the only connection her birthparents, learns that she is not all as normal as she thinks. And when she tries to find a good life somewhere else, her world comes to a crashing renewal as she is set upon by decepticons. And she did not know why. That is, until she meets the autobots. Startled by the familiarity she feels around them, especially with Optimus Prime, Azura is unsure about their presence even though they saved her life. However, Optimus himself realizes who she could be. A guilt from the past that he has never been able to shake, even if the incident at the time was not his fault, and he now has the chance to make up for it. But when Azura learns the truth, she fails to believe them. After all, what they were saying made zero sense. She was terrified when they tell her and using what she knows, she manages to flee from their grasp, much to Optimus's despair. She eventually returns on that one fateful day when she happens to run into a familiar autobot...and a human boy who gets caught up in all of this.

Wheeljack never escaped the Decepticons after the fall of the Autobot Base. Instead he was given to Shockwave as a test subject. Through a series of horrific experiments, Wheeljack is no longer a normal Cybertronian. He's been turned into a Predacon. When Starscream and Knockout cause a zombie outbreak on the Nemesis, Wheeljack escapes. Now out for revenge and seeking to learn how to control his new body he finds an unlikely new friend, another Predacon experiment who was long thought dead. Y/D is the last of the original predacons, but no one knows it because he learned to transform.
