Hi everyone and welcome to "inspired" . My book about self growth, love and a little bit of nature. It's about Lexi Azul, a failing author who on journey back home after another failed signing who meets a fan of hers on a train ride. They speak a bit and after their brief encounter on the train ride , Lena's writer's block slowly begins to fade as she learns to love herself and find purpose especially when no one supports you. This is her story of finding self love and appreciation despite the world. It's loving where you are and the process that brought you there even when you aren't where you want to be. And maybe along the line learning there are people who have always loved you and will still love you even after you fall... ( Still working on this)

"It started as a simple game to kill boredom... until I realized the game is controlling me." I thought I just wanted to kill boredom, try something new . I downloaded Dare Me, a new app that promised to spice up my life-just small, harmless tasks. At first, it was fun. A little thrill here, a tiny push there. But the app knows things it shouldn't. Tasks started getting personal, asking questions no one else could, made me do things I would never do. It nudged me into my fears, my secrets, the parts of myself I've never shared. And then the dares got darker. Skipping one isn't an option-the app makes sure of that. I can feel it watching, shaping my choices, whispering in every notification. My friends think it's a game. I'm starting to think it's a trap. Every time I try to quit, the app pulls me further in. Every dare completed changes me in ways I can't explain. By the time I reach the final levels, I'm not sure I'll recognize my own reflection... or even be able to leave the app alive.

Writing is a terrifying act of creation that requires us to push past the fear of being known and bare our souls to others. It gives us a glimpse into our multifaceted lives, both as writers who share their stories and as readers who bring their own unique experiences to what they read. Writing serves as a beautiful connection to each other and our world. This collection of poetry and prose is intended for those of us who feel we have lost our connections and sometimes feel a little less than human because of it.
