Hi everyone and welcome to "inspired" . My book about self growth, love and a little bit of nature. It's about Lexi Azul, a failing author who on journey back home after another failed signing who meets a fan of hers on a train ride. They speak a bit and after their brief encounter on the train ride , Lena's writer's block slowly begins to fade as she learns to love herself and find purpose especially when no one supports you. This is her story of finding self love and appreciation despite the world. It's loving where you are and the process that brought you there even when you aren't where you want to be. And maybe along the line learning there are people who have always loved you and will still love you even after you fall... ( Still working on this)

"It started as a simple game to kill boredom... until I realized the game is controlling me." I thought I just wanted to kill boredom, try something new . I downloaded Dare Me, a new app that promised to spice up my life-just small, harmless tasks. At first, it was fun. A little thrill here, a tiny push there. But the app knows things it shouldn't. Tasks started getting personal, asking questions no one else could, made me do things I would never do. It nudged me into my fears, my secrets, the parts of myself I've never shared. And then the dares got darker. Skipping one isn't an option-the app makes sure of that. I can feel it watching, shaping my choices, whispering in every notification. My friends think it's a game. I'm starting to think it's a trap. Every time I try to quit, the app pulls me further in. Every dare completed changes me in ways I can't explain. By the time I reach the final levels, I'm not sure I'll recognize my own reflection... or even be able to leave the app alive.

Xanthippe is clever, slightly shy, and keeps the highest school secrets under wraps as the mysterious, anonymous exposer behind the school's most viral online posts. She's had a string of crushes, fleeting heart-throbs that never blossomed into love, and she's never been kissed. Love, in her mind, is something she observes from the sidelines, a curiosity she journals obsessively. Across the hall sits Lesley, her quiet crush with dim eyes and a mischievous, strange, and batty aura. He's a puzzle: slouches when nervous, slinks away when caught staring, and behaves... unusual. Xanthippe doesn't understand him, but every glance makes her heart race. Just as she's starting to get comfortable in her routine, life throws a curveball: her family moves, and she believes she's lost him forever. The crush, her diary, and her secret identity all seem like distant dreams... until she returns to a new school and discovers he's from a rival school, here for a major competition, and as changed as he is mysterious. To complicate things, a new girl appears: confident, flirty, and determined to capture Lesley's attention. Xanthippe must navigate her own feelings, the jealousy spiral, and the challenge of protecting her secret online persona, all while figuring out what love really is. Lesley is more than just one of the most attractive boys in school. He has a dark secret, will she stay with him once she uncovers who he truly is? What is it that makes them not want to kiss so hard?

Selena is just a Sophomore in high school when her life is turned upside down. Her boyfriend of exactly a year cheated on her, her cousin is dropped off at her front door, and she moves next door to the last person she wants to be associated with: her math teacher Daniel Maac. As any person knows, high school is the four years in a person's life where they're still figuring themselves out wile getting ready to be thrown into the big world outside called reality. And reality hits her hard when she ends up gaining a little secret that could be deadly for not only her reputation, but for those around her who know as well. Will she be able to keep it to herself, or will life throw her deep into the moth of the wolves? *************************************** "Maac... please. Tell me you don't mean it. You can't mean it. You're my..." "I know! I know I am. You don't need to remind me." "Apparently I have to cause you're talking about something that is totally illegal. That could land you in prison. And I think that's the last thing you want." "I don't care what happens to me. I care about you. And you know that..." "But loving me isn't the answer," I shouted, tears staining my fair skin. Maac stepped away from the tree, closing the space between us. His hot breath was steaming against my forehead as he looked down at me with his brown eyes, sparkling in the moon's light. "Lemme prove that it is, Sel..." as he lowered his head, lightly placing his lips against mine. I had lost. But he made me not care. Cause I was starting to fall for the last person I should be loving... *************************************** Warning: none of what is in this book actually happened. This is a completely fictional book. DO NOT CALL THE POLICE. This was just an idea I got while sleeping: what if someone did date their high school teacher... and got away with it?
