As Peter was about to kill himself and commit suicide by jumping off the Manhattan Bridge to end his life, until everything around him stops the time, the Four individuals came to Peter's rescue: The Spider-God Anansi, his previous Reincarnation, The One Above All, Cassandra Webb, The Original Previous Madam Web and Enigma Force, The Uni-Power, appeared before Spider-Man, telling him that they heard that Peter was suffering from each traumatic scarring and turmoil for his life experience and decided to help him to start a new life, a new fresh start to sent and transported away to the World of B-Fighters, to become the new Main Fourth Member of New-Generation B-Fighter alongside Kouhei Toba/B-Fighter Kabuto, Kengo Tachibana/B-Fighter Kuwagar, Ran Ayukawa/B-Fighter Tentou and New B-Fighters and their allies in his new adventure as B-Fighter Kumonos. 18 year old Peter Parker aka the amazing Spider-man was framed for a crime that he didn't commit as some of his friends and allies completely betrayed him until suddenly himself and his true friends and allies were all transported to a completely different dimension.

After the events of Superior Spider-Man, Peter was betrayed most of his allies. He was belittle by everyone(Avengers, X-Men and Fantastic Four), left by love and back turned by freinds and felt broken. So because of his powers stripped he quit being Spider-Man. But one day he woke up with a new body still male just look different and new powers. He now has a new purpose in life. No longer Spider-Man but as Omni-man.

after the Avengers vs. the x-men concluded peter started to slowly realize that most of the other heroes could care less if he died after his close encounter with Lady death after the defeat of colossus and magik and with his enemy's getting smarter he decided its time to show his true power no more holding back and no more mr nice friendly neighborhood spiderman it was strictly business from here on out

Peter has had enough. After the events of Superior Spider Man, everything went to shit with him. He has no friends, family, nothing. The only ones who actually worry about him are his most closest friend and Aunt May but he knows that she cant do much about it, so he told her to pretend like she was on the traitors side so that they can keep her safe while he did the one thing they all wanted. He brought himself in and was taken to The Raft so that he "doesn't cause anymore trouble to the city". Little did they know that he had a surprise for them. And when he gets out. He will show them that the good spider man is long dead and will never return He will be known now as Peter Hanma, and he will do what he wants!!!
