Over twenty-thousand years ago, the human race and the dragonfolk were both on the brink of extinction. Neither was willing to relent. No longer would dragons learn to be take human form - from then on would be born in the shape of man - and have to learn to be dragons. Semmy and Soter are two young dragons with completely different lives. One, is the daughter of a traitor who hopes to redeem her family name. The other is the supposed product of rape enduring a struggle of sibling rivalry between his two half brothers who are younger - but legitimate.
